- Processing Time:Order validation, tailoring, quality control, and packaging. All orders are sent to our fulfillment centers for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Most of our products are made to order and usually take 1-3 days to make. Your order is shipped after this time
- Shipping time:This refers to the time it takes for things to be delivered from our store to the destination. U.S. orders are shipped via e-packet, which is a U.S. Postal Service Product. Items usually take between 7 to 14 days to arrive at the destination after processing and leaving the warehouse but may take longer from time to time. International delivery usually takes about 15 to 30 business days.
